A certified Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional, Deb has built a solid reputation for technical support and project management services, first at IBM and now at Pierson, which she founded in 1993. As President and CEO, she oversees business development and operations, and establishes relationships with key business partners.
Deb thrives on watching her team members consistently solve customer challenges. As a woman-owned enterprise, she is passionate about lending guidance and assisting women in business. She generously donates time to a number of worthy causes in the region, including the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater PA and Executive Women International.
Deb and her husband Jeff have two daughters, one dog and a flock of chickens.
Dave is a seasoned IT project management professional with more than 30 years of experience in the industry, bringing extensive strengths in project management, IT infrastructure and service delivery management.
Prior to joining Pierson, he worked for IBM in various capacities, including manufacturing, marketing and IT outsourcing. Dave has earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and holds a certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Foundation.
Outside of professional interests, Dave enjoys all things outdoors especially skiing, cycling and hiking; and spending time with his wife and three children.
Steven brings four years of office and accounting experience along with a 2020 Marketing degree from Shippensburg University. Prior to accepting the internal sales role at Pierson, he worked both as an AV technician and warehouse technician for the company.
Steven has an extensive technical knowledge of Excel, marketing strategies and analytical problem solving along with his soft skills in customer relations and connecting people with solutions.
While not in the office, Steven spends his time fishing, hiking, exploring the outdoors, and doing photography. He enjoys spending his time sharing those activities with his friends and family.
Kelly brings over 15 years of Customer Service and Management Experience to the Pierson Team. Prior to joining the Pierson, she was an account specialist and then manager of a customer service team for a Law Enforcement Supply Company.
Kelly loves to problem solve and is always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience. As the project manager for the Configuration Center Team, she will apply her management and customer services skills to ensure the configuration projects are completed timely and accurately.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her children, watching soccer, and cooking.
Dependable and trustworthy, Sue impresses Pierson’s clients with her extraordinary attention to detail. She is an integral part of the sales team by providing holistic support via in administration and communication. Previous experience includes 12 years of on-site project administrative support for Labor and Industry along with other government agencies.
Sue and her husband have two grown children, Emily and Michael, and also a lovable red-nosed pit bull. Sue enjoys spending free time with her family, visiting wineries and reading.
Dawn is responsible for the customer satisfaction for all of our implementation services projects. Her organizational skills and attention to detail help ensure that Pierson can continue to provide excellent service to its many clients.
Originally from Philadelphia, Dawn has called the Harrisburg area home for 32 years and now resides in Dillsburg. She is passionate about sowing into her family and building a legacy that her two adult children can carry on in their own families.
Dawn and her husband were blessed to have both of their children get married in 2017, but their home is anything but an empty nest with one Golden Retriever, Marley, and four rescue cats now roaming the halls. When she’s not working or tending to family or animals, Dawn loves to travel and hopes her next big adventure awaits in Italy or Alaska!
Adam’s history with Pierson began in 2005 when he joined the team as an Installation Technician. Over the course of his career with Pierson, he’s gained invaluable knowledge of the inner workings from both the administrative and execution side of projects through his work as a Technical Lead, Project Operations Lead and Financial Analyst.
Adam’s current dual role as Implementation Services Business Development and Financial Manager allows him to blend his knowledge of our install processes along with his passion for analysis and spreadsheets. Adams is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science Accounting Degree from Smeal College of Business with a minor in Environment of Business Law.
Outside of Pierson, Adam is quite the handyman and can be typically found renovating his home and working on Pinterest projects for his wife. He also enjoys any activity in the great outdoors including hiking, fishing and kayaking.
Gretchen brings more than 10 years of inside sales and customer service experience. Prior to joining Pierson, she was an account service representative with a major east coast police supply chain.
Gretchen brings with her the knowledge to manage White Glove accounts by addressing any ongoing problems or issues with suggestions and resulting solutions. She excels at maintaining customer relationships while working efficiently and professionally.
Gretchen is married to her husband Dennis and has three children. Her interests include hiking, kayaking, having family gatherings and going to the beach.
Philip is joining the Pierson team with a breadth of experience which includes 15 years audio/visual experience as sound engineer and lighting designer for live events and 8 years of management experience. He earned his BA degree in Technical Theatre and Production from West Chester University. Prior to joining Pierson, he worked as a Project manager for Ehlert Solutions Group installing technology upgrades for Boulder Valley School District (Colorado).
Philip is a hands-on learner with a multitude of experiences across different industries with a focus on customer satisfaction and project execution.
In his free time, he is an instructor for the West Shore School District’s drumline, he also enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and kayaking. Philip backpacked the Appalachian Trail in 2019!
Joe brings over 36 years of relevant work experience to Pierson. Starting in East Fishkill, NY as an electrical engineer and moving into a sales career in the late 80’s. His sales career has been primarily in the IBM server business, first with AS/400, System i, Power Systems including IBM i and AIX solutions supporting Fortune 100 companies in the greater Philadelphia area. His last role in IBM was with the North America Linux on the Power solutions team with a specific focus on SAP HANA. He holds certifications in IBM POWER8 Sales, POWER8 Enterprise Technical Sales, and POWER8 Scale-Out Technical Sales.
Joe is married to his wife Laureen and has four children and three grandchildren. His interests include racquetball, skiing, hiking, and reading.
