What started as building a career in technical support and project management services at IBM, led to Deb Pierson founding Pierson Computing Connection, Inc., in 1993. Deb earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Messiah University and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.

As CEO/President/Owner, Deb oversees business development and operations, establishes relationships with key business partners, and focuses on Pierson's future strategy. Deb thrives on watching her team members consistently solve customer challenges. As a woman-owned enterprise, she is passionate about lending guidance and assisting women in business.

Deb and her husband, Jeff, are the proud parents of two adult daughters, who both happen to be engineers.

Despite her impressive business success, Deb feels her most significant accomplishments are rooted in her deepest passions. Deb's family, the Noonans have a genetic form of early-onset Alzheimer's disease that affects its members in their 40s. Deb serves on the Alzheimer's Association national board of directors as her way to fight back against the disease that affected her grandmother, two aunts, an uncle, and now her mom. Deb uses her leadership skills and influences to push toward her personal life goal of a world without Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.

Tim Blanch

Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Tim oversees Pierson’s Services Departments and Project Managers, and ensures the company’s field teams maintain quality standards and meet customer expectations.

Tim joined Pierson following 24 years of active service in the U.S. Army, including 8 years overseas. He has extensive experience managing projects, programs, resources, logistics, and in building and leading teams and organizations.

In his free time, Tim enjoys skiing and bowling with his family, reading, playing an occasional video game, and spending time with other veterans at the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He and his family love traveling in Europe and look forward to returning soon.

Thriving in evolving landscapes, he is passionate about building high-performing teams and solving complex challenges. With a proven track record of success in financial leadership roles, Will is a driving force behind our company's growth and prosperity.

Outside of work William finds joy in the art of dry aging and smoking meats. Additionally, he holds an interest in multiple companies, where he takes pleasure in aiding them in their establishment, achieving sustainability, or fostering growth.

Adam's history with Pierson began in 2005 when he joined the team as a seasonal Installation Technician. During his Pierson career, he's gained invaluable knowledge of the inner workings from the administrative and execution side of projects through his roles as a Technical Lead, Project Operations Lead, Financial Analyst, Financial Manager, and Director of Project Operations.

Adam graduated from the Pennsylvania State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the Smeal College of Business.

Outside of Pierson, Adam excels at DIY'ing and can be found renovating his home or enjoying time with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, biking, fishing, and kayaking.

Jennifer Nauss

Director of Human Resources

Jennifer Nauss started at Pierson in 2021 as the Director of Human Resources overseeing anything HR from recruiting to retirement. Her career has been HR, marketing, and communications focused since 2002. Jennifer graduated from Penn State University.

In addition to her HR role, Jennifer serves as the Team Pierson captain for the Walk to End Alzheimer's. For Jennifer, the fight against Alzheimer's is personal as she lost her father (to whom she was his legal guardian) to end-stage severe dementia in September 2023.

Jennifer's style of HR and leadership injects humor and storytelling into the workday. Her style creates memorable learning moments, such as the infamous "Marlboro Red and ice cream" story she tells during workplace injury training. Finding a career home at Pierson has allowed Jennifer to be her creative, authentic self as an HR leader. Jennifer often says that Deb [Pierson] changed her life and career for the better when Deb offered her the Pierson Director of Human Resources position.

Jennifer has two adult daughters, two sons-in-law, five grandchildren, one grandpittie, and is Owen's (Deb's miniature black Schnauzer) "Aunt Jenny." In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys attending her grandkids' events, writing, working out, spending time at Camp Two Old Broads, and creating a pollinator-friendly and environmentally sustainable yard and garden.

Kelly Erler

Project Manager – Configuration

Kelly Erler joined the Pierson Services team in 2020 as a Project Manager for Device Configurations. Previously, she spent 12 years working in the law enforcement supply industry in numerous customer service-focused roles.

Kelly is passionate about the customer experience and thrives on building deep relationships with our partners and end-users.

When not at work, Kelly has three kids and a dog that she enjoys spending her free time making memories with. When time allows for hobbies, Kelly can be found shopping, baking a pumpkin roll, or spending time with friends.

Lailaa Boyd

Production & Delivery Manager

Lailaa Boyd is the Configuration Production and Delivery Manager. She graduated from Penn State with a bachelor's degree in supply chain management and a minor in Information Systems Management. In her production role, she likes to focus her attention on standardizing processes for configuration team members through training and quality measures. Additionally, she enjoys providing team members with the most timely and relevant pieces of detail per project, to support each project in its journey. In her delivery role, she likes to focus on the needs of the customer to ensure the most successful transfer of goods after each service. With so many pieces to the puzzle, having it organized makes all the difference.

Besides working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting tranquil places for balance, and taking advantage of local festivities that encourage meeting new people.

Vice President, IBM Systems Sales

Dave DeCecco brings more than 30 years of IT-industry professional experience to Pierson. His extensive strengths in project management, IT infrastructure, and service delivery management allow him to work with our clients' defining requirements and develop solutions.

Prior to joining Pierson, Dave worked for IBM in various capacities, including manufacturing, marketing, and IT outsourcing. He earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and holds an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Foundation certification. Dave also possesses multiple technical certifications for IBM Enterprise Storage and Lenovo Data Center Servers.

Outside of his professional interests, Dave enjoys all things outdoors, especially skiing, cycling, and hiking, and spending time with his wife and family.

Steven Dorsey

Steven Dorsey came to Pierson while attending Shippensburg University, working on breaks as an AV and warehouse technician. After graduating in 2020 with a bachelor's degree, he returned to Pierson full-time as a Sales Representative.

Steven has expanded the inside sales relationships Pierson already had, as well as growing and expanding relationships in new industries. He brings extensive customer relations, analytical, and marketing skills to the company.

While not in the office, Steven spends time fishing, hunting, playing golf, and enjoying time with his friends and family. Lately, he has been sharing his love of golf with his fiancé, Nora by teaching her to play.

Having roots in South Central PA, Gretchen has a deep connection to the region, where she lived, worked, and explored. Outside her professional engagements, she enjoys quality time with her husband, three children, and their canine companion, Lucky. The McCommons family shares a love for the outdoors, engaging in activities such as swimming, camping, and hiking. Gretchen also actively participates in her children's pursuits, whether it's supporting them in theater, swimming, or soccer.

AVL Department Manager

As the Department Manager of Pierson's AVL Division, Christopher Gregory is responsible for overseeing all operations within the Pro AVL and AV services sectors. With over a decade in the AV/Pro AVL industry, Christopher has progressed from an initial role as an installer to a systems designer, eventually leading his own Pro AVL design and integration firm. This extensive experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the expertise required to thrive in his current role.

Outside of work, Christopher is devoted to his family, considering his relationship with his wife and their two children— a son and a daughter—as his most significant accomplishment. An enthusiastic gamer, Christopher has a keen interest in science fiction and fantasy literature, sharing this passion with his wife. This love for the imaginative not only fuels his creativity but also serves as a delightful escape from the demands of his professional life.

Tyler Schouppe

AVL Systems Design Engineer

Tyler had the opportunity and privilege to join the Pro AVL department at Pierson in May of 2023. Tyler brings more than 10 years of experience in live event production and AVL design engineering to the Pro AVL Department. After graduating from Messiah University, Tyler discovered a deep passion for partnering with clients to create meaningful experiences through music and AVL technologies.

Tyler has spent time in the field as an installation technician, a salesperson, and a system designer in the Pro AVL field, which provides a nuanced perspective for Pro AVL designs. This perspective allows for designs that meet expectations of our clients, provide for future growth, and lead to effective and timely integration.

When not at work, Tyler is likely playing and recording music, nerding out over pour-over coffee, or getting lost in the woods.

Bob Doyle

Sr. Project Manager – AVL Services

Bob Doyle attended Lock Haven University, where he studied Computer Science and Computer Security. Before completing his degree, he entered the workforce and earned his A+, Net+, and MCP certifications. In June 2024, he joined Pierson as a Project Manager. Prior to his role at Pierson, he spent 14 years with Best Buy, 13 of which were in various leadership roles. His Best Buy career began in Phillipsburg, NJ, as a PC technician, where he gradually moved into in-store services management. He then transitioned to the retail side, becoming a Sales Manager. Soon after, he was promoted to General Manager, running the Selinsgrove, PA store for three years. He later took on a larger volume store in Mechanicsburg, PA, where he served as General Manager for another three years. His final four years with Best Buy were spent managing field install teams for the four largest locations in central PA (Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg, York, and Lancaster). In that role, he managed field installers, maintained store relationships, and oversaw in-home customer interactions, facilitating the installation and repair of AV equipment, home computing devices, and major appliances.

Outside of work, Robert has always had a deep passion for electronics, computers, networking, and audio. At home, he and his fiancée, Brandi, have five children ranging in age from 21 to 8, and much of his time is devoted to their activities, including dance and soccer. When he finds free time, he enjoys supporting the Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Eagles, attending games when possible. He admits to having more speakers than necessary at home, where he enjoys listening to all kinds of music—when he's allowed to play it without interrupting his kids' YouTube sessions. Additionally, their home is full of pets, including a Yorkie puppy, a chinchilla, two ferrets, a parrot, a turtle, a bearded dragon, and two aquariums (150 gallons and 50 gallons)..

Beyond his professional pursuits, Stefan finds joy in the great outdoors, indulging in hobbies such as mountain biking, skiing, and gardening.

His experience spans a variety of roles, including positions at IBM and VMware, where he’s built strong, lasting relationships with people at every level, from system admins to executives.

Known for his ability to break down complex challenges into simple, actionable steps, Craig adapts quickly to new situations and technologies. He brings empathy to every interaction, striving to understand and support those he works with on a deeper level.

Craig has a talent for creating clear and visually engaging solutions, blending creativity with a focus on detail. He thrives in environments where innovation and fresh ideas are valued and is passionate about finding new ways to solve problems and connect with others.

Travis Haines

Project Manager – Deployment

Travis joined Pierson Computing Connection in July 2020, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, to work in the Configuration Center. Prior to joining Pierson, he owned and operated his own business, Susquehanna Moving Co., gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience.

Starting as a Configuration Associate, Travis quickly advanced to Deployment Team Lead, where he honed his skills in time management, leadership, problem-solving, and communication. In this role, he demonstrated his ability to maintain efficiency, motivate his team, and manage logistics during both the peak season and the complexities of the pandemic.

In October 2024, Travis was promoted to Project Manager, PC Deployment. In this capacity, he oversees the deployment of IT hardware, including PCs, laptops, network switches, access points, routers, and servers. His responsibilities also encompass product delivery, courier services, and office/IT setup and teardown.

Outside of work, Travis is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys running, hiking, and camping.

Eric Wildasin

Warehouse Manager

Shortly after high school, Eric started working at N.B. Liebman Furniture as a Warehouse Associate. Over the next 24 years, he worked himself up to Warehouse Manager. At that job, Eric learned all aspects of the business. From warehouse procedures, inventory management, logistics, shipping, and receiving, customer service, and other tasks that are involved in the day-to-day operation of the business.

Eric started at Pierson as the Warehouse Manager in June of 2022 after N.B. Liebman went out of business.

In his free time, Eric enjoys going on hikes with his daughter, being on, in, or around any water, along with traveling and exploring.

Office Therapist & Fun Enthusiast

Owen is an adorable Minature Schnauzer and was born on July 31, 2021. Owen joined the Pierson family on September 25, 2021. He enjoys playing, visiting friends, treats, toys and snuggles.

Owen also enjoys making videos of himself as he tries his paws in various Pierson jobs. He is hoping to go viral and become a Pierson influencer.
