Debra A. Pierson President and CEO
A certified Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional, Deb has built a solid reputation for technical support and project management services, first at IBM and now at Pierson, which she founded in 1993. As President and CEO, she oversees business development and operations, and establishes relationships with key business partners.
Deb thrives on watching her team members consistently solve customer challenges. As a woman-owned enterprise, she is passionate about lending guidance and assisting women in business.
Deb generously donates time to a number of worthy causes in the region, including the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater PA and Executive Women International. She and her husband Jeff have two daughters, two dogs and a flock of chickens.
Rick Loffredo Director of Operations
Rick brings more than 25 years of performance leadership and business experience to Pierson. Prior to joining Pierson, he held administrative and systems integration positions with IBM and D&E Communications.
As Director of Operations, Rick oversees all aspects of the organizations operations, including accounting, human resources and project performance.
Rick is married with two adult children. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, fishing, gardening and reading.
Dave DeCecco Director of Operations
Dave is a seasoned IT project management professional with more than 30 years of experience in the industry, bringing extensive strengths in project management, IT infrastructure and service delivery management. Prior to joining Pierson, he worked for IBM in various capacities, including manufacturing, marketing and IT outsourcing. Dave has earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and holds a certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Foundation. Outside of professional interests, Dave enjoys all things outdoors especially skiing, cycling and hiking; and spending time with his wife and three children.
Curtis Wilson System Availability Manager
Curtis joined Pierson in 2008 after retiring from IBM with 31 years of service, and brings a wealth of technical expertise to the company. Curtis serves as an IBM System Availability Manager on the PA Compute Services IT contract, overseeing the IBM Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management processes, and working to ensure that IBM supported systems are available to the customer. Curtis is married with four children and four grandchildren and resides in Harrisburg. His certifications include: ITIL® V3 Service Operation Certified; IBM Websphere Cast Iron Technical Sales Professional V1; IBM MobileFirst Sales Professional V2; and Power Systems with POWER8 Sales Skills V1
Ryan Hogan Business Development Representative
Ryan coordinates the acquisition and execution of all installation service projects, and is thrilled to be a part of the dynamic and growing team at Pierson. Ryan is a proud Penn State graduate, and had previously worked in marketing and athlete management at the Pittsburgh Marathon. When not at the office, he can be found alongside his friends at a road race, fishing hole or cheering on the best college football team in America at Beaver Stadium.
Sue Hanes Administrative Sales Assistant
Dependable and trustworthy, Sue impresses Pierson’s clients with her extraordinary attention to detail. She is an integral part of the sales team by providing holistic support via in administration and communication. Previous experience includes 12 years of on-site project administrative support for Labor and Industry along with other government agencies. Sue and her husband have two grown children, Emily and Michael, and also a lovable red-nosed pit bull named Bailey. Sue enjoys spending free time with her family, visiting wineries and reading.
Dixie Koser Project Operations Assistant
Dixie brings customer service and hospitality to her position. As the Project Operations Assistant, Dixie provides administrative, clerical and customer support to assist the Pierson Project Team in meeting and exceeding goals. Her past experience includes Messiah College, Cumberland Valley School District Office, Monroe Elementary School and Cumberland Crossings Retirement Community. Dixie is involved at her church as a nursery volunteer, adult Sunday School teacher and study leader. She loves spending time with her family, camping and traveling. She and her husband Bob have three adult children, four grandchildren and a rescue Puggle.
