Maintaining Integrity

When I think about Pierson, one of the first things that comes to mind are our core values. I am honored to work for an organization that prioritizes maintaining integrity and works to ensure a high ethical standard because they believe that the work we do makes a difference.

Work as a team – that includes the customer:  In my short time here, I have already accumulated a plethora of experiences that reflect how my coworkers and leaders work together. We recently had a customer who felt neglected and unheard while working with another company. Consequently, they came to Pierson for installation services. I worked alongside our technicians as they demonstrated the level of professionalism, care, and expertise that the customer deserved.

People Power Technology:  Just like any other company, we sometimes make mistakes. However, I consistently see the people around me maintain integrity. Recently, one of our installations teams were in West Virginia. The shipping of the new equipment did not go as expected. Our installers asked questions; figured out exactly what the issues were; communicated to the customer how the problems would be addressed; and proactively implemented solutions that left the customer happy.

Community Matters:  With my previous experience as an Installer and my current role as Project Manager, I have had the chance to see both the back-end and front-end of the process. In each area of the organization, care, teamwork, and honesty are laced into the fabric of what we do. This extends from the warehouse to the end-user and into our personal lives. Overall, I have peace of mind knowing that I work for a team whose high level of excellence and quality assurance drive our corporate decisions and behaviors.
